WYS/WYG Trachyphyllia Coral Raffle

$14 per numbered spot. Buy as many as you want. Once all spots are sold, we’ll do a random number draw and the winning number takes this Trachyphyllia coral. Spots are first paid / first claimed. All sales final.

The drawing for the winner number will be Live on our Facebook page. The Winner must respond within 48 hours or we reserve the right to redraw.

Corals Unlimited – Numbered Spot Raffle Rules 

1) How It Works

• This raffle uses numbered spots.
• Each spot = one entry into the drawing.
• Spots are sold first paid / first claimed.

2) Spot Price

• $14 per spot
• You may buy as many spots as you want, while available.

3) Drawing

• The drawing will occur once all spots are sold.
• The winner will be selected by a random number draw from the paid spot list.
• The winning number will be posted publicly.

4) Claiming Spots + Payment

• To claim a spot, you must provide your name and the spot number(s) requested.
• Payment is required to lock in spot numbers.
• Unpaid spots are not guaranteed and may be released back to the public.

5) Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted using the info provided at purchase.
• Winner must respond within 48 hours or Corals Unlimited reserves the right to redraw.

Shipping Policy (Included)

6) Shipping Included

• Shipping is included for the raffle prize unless the raffle post states otherwise.
• Shipping is included for one shipment to one address.

7) Shipping Schedule

• Livestock shipments are typically sent Monday–Wednesday only to reduce the risk of weekend delays.

8) Delivery Responsibility

• Winner must provide a valid shipping address and phone number.
• Someone must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
• Corals Unlimited is not responsible for missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, packages left outside, porch theft, or carrier delays.

9) Weather / Carrier Delays

• Corals Unlimited may delay shipping if weather or carrier conditions are unsafe.
• Carrier delays are outside of our control.

DOA Policy 

10) DOA Definition

DOA (Dead On Arrival) is defined as livestock that arrives confirmed deceased in the sealed bag at the time of delivery.

11) DOA Claim Requirements (Strict)

To qualify for DOA coverage, the winner must send proof within 1 hour of delivery including:

• Clear photo/video of the item unopened in the sealed bag
• Clear photo of the shipping label on the box

Claims submitted after 1 hour will not be accepted.

12) DOA Resolution (Spot Credit Only)

For a valid DOA claim, Corals Unlimited will issue store credit equal to the cost of one raffle spot. This DOA credit is not based on the retail value of the coral or livestock.

13) What Is NOT Covered

DOA coverage is void if:

• Bag is opened before proof is taken
• Delivery is delayed due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or package being held beyond the first delivery attempt
• Package is left unattended or exposed to extreme temperatures
• Loss occurs after opening due to acclimation, dipping, handling, or tank conditions
• Stress, color changes, polyp closure, or “not opening” is not considered DOA

Final Terms

14) All Sales Final

• All spot purchases are final. No refunds.

15) Cancelation / Corrections

• Corals Unlimited reserves the right to cancel a raffle if required.
• If canceled, all paid entries will be refunded or issued as store credit (at Corals Unlimited’s discretion).
• Corals Unlimited may correct errors such as duplicate numbers, listing mistakes, or numbering issues.

16) Agreement

By purchasing a spot, you agree to all raffle rules above.
