1. Shipping Policy:

c. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during the checkout process.
d. Corals Unlimited will make every effort to ensure timely and safe delivery, but we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
2. Local Pick-Up Option:
a. Local buyers have the option to pick up their winning auction items from our designated pick-up location.
b. The pick-up location, date, and time will be communicated to local buyers after the auction concludes.
c. Buyers opting for local pick-up must bring a valid ID and a copy of their auction confirmation email.
d. If a buyer is unable to pick up items personally, they may authorize a representative to do so on their behalf, provided the representative presents a copy of the auction confirmation email and a signed authorization letter.
3. Combined Shipping:
a. For buyers who win multiple items, Corals Unlimited may offer combined shipping to reduce overall shipping costs.
b. Combined shipping is subject to the discretion of Corals Unlimited and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Insurance:
a. Shipping insurance is recommended for all items and is available at an additional cost.
